Accessibility Statement

Last updated: November 2025

Our commitment: The Sentry is committed to making thesentry.net perceivable, operable, understandable, and robust for everyone, including users with disabilities. We target WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Standards we apply

We design and build to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA, including:

  • Semantic HTML landmarks and a single H1 per page.
  • A “skip to main content” link for keyboard users.
  • Visible focus indicators and full keyboard operability.
  • Minimum 24 px tap targets for touch devices.
  • Meaningful alt text for informative images and empty alt for decorative images.
  • Sufficient color contrast and text that remains readable at 200% and 400% zoom.
  • Respect for prefers-reduced-motion.
  • ARIA labels where native semantics are insufficient.

Forms and tools

Our enquiry forms and free tools are designed to be operable by keyboard and screen reader, with labeled controls, validation messages, and honeypot fields hidden from assistive technology.

Known limitations

Some third-party content (e.g. our Microsoft Bookings page) is outside our direct control. We aim to link only to accessible resources and to surface accessibility information where available.

Feedback and reporting

If you encounter an accessibility barrier on thesentry.net, please let us know so we can fix it:

  • Email [email protected] with “Accessibility” in the subject.
  • Include the page URL and a brief description of the issue.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within two business days and to remediate confirmed issues promptly.

Compatibility with assistive technology

We test with major browser and screen reader combinations. If a specific combination does not work for you, please contact us.

Changes to this statement

We review this statement as our Site evolves and as accessibility standards develop.
