Required employer deliverables
- Written WVP plans and active safety committees.
- Panic buttons or safety notification devices for isolated hospitality housekeepers and medical staff.
- Violent Incident Logs recording all acts or threats of physical force.
- Annual employee safety training and documented incident response procedures.
Penalties & enforcement
Civil penalties up to $15,625 per serious violation and up to $156,259 for willful/repeat; administrative citations and corrective orders. Enforced by NVOSHA.
